Session Policies:

  • Session format: This is a focused, 90-minute working session. One primary objective will be prioritized: mapping your funnel and assessing your ads readiness. Additional topics may be addressed only if time allows.

  • Scope: This session is focused on funnel mapping and ads readiness assessment. It does not include ongoing account management, ad creation, Business Manager/Ads Manager, or campaign set-up.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations / no-shows: Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed without notice are forfeited.

  • Expiration: Any rescheduled session must be completed within 30 days of purchase.

  • Refunds: Sessions are non-refundable once booked, as time is reserved specifically for you.

  • Preparation: Completion of the intake form and access to relevant platforms (funnel builder, ads account, analytics) are the client's responsibility. The more context you provide in advance, the more we can accomplish in our time together.

  • Deliverables: Your visual funnel map and written action plan will be sent within 3-5 business days of your session.
