When are the office hours?
They're currently held on alternating Mondays at 11 AM Eastern and Wednesdays at 4:00 PM Eastern but these hours may change as things evolve with the mentorship.
What exactly do I get with the membership?
This depends on the level you select. If you choose the month-to-month option, then you will get invited to all of the office hours Zoom calls and access to all of the previous calls in the call library. If you choose the annual payment, you get everything in the month-to-month option but you receive one month of your membership free.
Are the mentorship calls one-on-one or in a group format?
The mentorship calls are in a group format, office hours style. This means that you can pop in and out as needed and you don't need to be there for the full hour if you have other things to do. It's helpful if you pre-submit your questions for me via the form I'll provide to you, as this can cut down on the time spent answering questions (e.g. if 3 people have the same question, I can just answer everyone at once).
The group format also allows you to meet and network with other business owners like you.

Why would I need the ADvisory course if I have you advising me?
The ADvisory course will give you a comprehensive overview of the essential knowledge that you will need in order to run your ads, particularly if you are completely new to ads. Is there any limit to how many questions I can ask you?
Priority will be given to those who have submitted their questions prior to the call. This will give me time to review your questions prior to the call and formulate a quick response, giving us more time to talk through things on the call.
Each call lasts 1 hour so if there are many people on the call who have questions, I might have to put a limit on the time spent on each person to ensure that everyone gets a fair amount of time. But if we run through all questions and there's time left, we can circle back around.
Can I cancel at any time if it's not the right fit?
You can cancel anytime. However, for both month-to-month and annual memberships, I ask that you notify me at hello@heatheraaron.com no later than one week before your membership is due to renew in order to give me enough time to receive your request and process the cancellation.
Do I have to already be running ads to join or can I be a complete beginner?
This membership is for both beginners and those who have run ads before.
Do you actually log into my ad account or just advise me on what to do?
I will not have any direct access to your ad account but while we're on the calls, you can pull up your account, share your screen, and I will advise you as we talk through your specific situation. If needed, and you approve, I can even take control of the mouse while we're on Zoom.
How customized will your advice be for my specific business?
Since every business is different, my advice will be specific to your business, based upon my knowledge and expertise.
Do you offer refunds?
I do not offer refunds but you're free to cancel your membership at any time prior to the next billing period.
